Child Safety Policy

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

Our Commitment to Child Safety

SOCYiD maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe platform and take immediate action against any violations of child safety laws and policies.

Definitions

CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)

CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.

CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

CSAM stands for child sexual abuse material. It is illegal and our Terms of Service prohibit using SOCYiD products and services to store or share this content. CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

How to Report CSAE Violations

If you receive inappropriate material involving children in a chat conversation on SOCYiD:

  1. Within the chat conversation, tap or click the report button
  2. Select "Inappropriate Content" as the reason for your report
  3. Provide specific details about the material you received in the description field
  4. Submit the report - Your report, along with the conversation history, will be immediately flagged for review

All reports are treated with the highest priority and reviewed immediately by our moderation team.

Our Response to Reports

When a CSAE violation is reported, SOCYiD takes the following immediate actions:

  • Immediate Review: All CSAE reports are reviewed within 1 hour of submission by trained moderation staff
  • Account Suspension: Verified violators have their accounts immediately suspended, preventing any further platform access
  • Evidence Preservation: All relevant conversation history and metadata is preserved for investigation
  • Law Enforcement Notification: Verified CSAE/CSAM incidents are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies
  • Reporter Protection: The identity of users who report violations is kept confidential
